SeaWorker is an innovative craft built entirely in 100% virgin grade High Density Polyethylene (HDPE) sheets and tubes welded manually by highly specialised personnel. The rather particular form of the hull, coupled with the properties of the material used, renders the craft fast and stable with a high load capacity, making it ideal as a workboat, fishing boat or diving platform, or for any other applications requiring high performance and durability. The models offered by Futura are the SW550 and SW750. Both are certified and can be fitted-out to satisfy the individual needs of the customer.

CHARACTERISTICS
DURABLE
The chemical properties of the PE render the craft immune to the action of UV rays and guarantee a life of over 50 years.
MAINTENANCE-FREE
Unlike fibreglass or wooden boats, the SeaWorker does not need anti-fouling paint, resulting in notable savings in terms of economics and maintenance time.
CUSTOMIZABLE
The SeaWorker has a wide range of available accessories and, thanks to the ductility of the polyethylene, it is possible to modify existing or create new accessories according to the customer’s needs.
UNSINKABLE
The specific weight of HDPE is approximately 960Kg/m³. This makes the craft unsinkable, even if the hull is breached.
STABLE
The characteristic form of the hull makes the SeaWorker extremely stable even in moderate seas and under a full load.
POWERFUL
The large cockpit and the high load capacity makes the SeaWorker the ideal craft for aquaculture and diving activities.
ROBUST
The physical-mechanical properties of HDPE render the hull highly resistant to impacts. This allows the craft to be used under harsh working conditions, such as in shallow waters, in the presence of rocks or reefs. The material can withstand abrasion and compression in any form. Ferrous materials can also be carried without the need for special precautions.
